On Monday 21 September at the lounge of the Hotel Bristol 112, Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré in Paris, Elisabeth de Meurville, who for 22 years has written the French food guide "Guide des Gourmands", awarded Stéphan Alleaume, co-owner of Parcs Saint Kerber, a COQ D’OR for the quality of the Tsarskaya oyster farmed in the bay of Cancale.
Every year the “Guide des Gourmands” awards the best products, craftsmen and farmers in France and Europe who have managed to preserve ancestral know-how or who have been particularly creative in producing quality products.
